Anyone who has had a job (big or small start-ups) had some kind of interaction with management. Every business needs a way of planning, organizing, staffing, management and control in order to achieve a goal. Business Administration can be used as human action and the design to provide useful results to define and production. Management may also mean that a person or group of persons, the act of the administration. It is difficult to trace the history of management, as it is a modern concept.
